Small towns, small minds

I woke up early this morning, which is quite surprising in light of the fact that “T” and I were up until almost midnight last night watching 3 of the movies we rented yesterday. If you haven’t seen the show “Good Girl” with Jennifer Anston, for goodness sakes don’t rent it, it was the most asinine movie I have ever watched. For one thing I was completely disappointed in the character played by Anston and the content of the show made it less than a B movie at best. Blah! I wouldn’t even give that movie a miniscule tip of a star. We also watched “Fear.Com”, which wasn’t a bad show except that you couldn’t see half of what was going on…why they make those movies so dark is beyond me. I was in the mood for a scary flick, but “The Ring” was all gone, and this was second choice…would I watch it again? Watch what, a blank, black screen? No. The other movie we watched was “Joe Something” and this had to be the best one that evening, I laughed my ass off. I love these movies Tim Allen does mainly because it seems to always center around the kids but yet is adult enough in comedy, with very true to life characters that enables the viewer to see themselves making all those blunders. I would watch it again, someday.
